4. Mobile Messaging Program (SMS Terms)
Program Description

By subscribing to Safer HM text messages, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from us, including event reminders, promotions, and updates.

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary but will not exceed 1 message per month.

Cost & Carriers

Message and data rates may apply. Safer HM is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier. Supported carriers may vary and are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to Opt Out

You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will no longer receive messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again through our website or opt-in method.

Privacy

We do not share, sell, or rent your SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties for marketing purposes.

Safer HM reserves the right to modify these Mobile Messaging Terms at any time. Updates will be posted at https://saferhm.com/terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on the Services, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Safer HM or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of such third-party sites and do not endorse or assume liability for them.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be effective upon posting, and the “Effective Date” at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of our Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
